Adephagia is the goddess of gluttony in Greek Mythology. For a long time the goddess and her legacy were mostly forgotten and lost to time. However nowadays Adephagia has become extremely powerful, especially during the last months of the year when people decide to indulge without limits.

Because of this incredible power boost, Adephagia and her family host a special event every year to celebrate gluttony.

This year Fry, Percy Jackson's B̴̫̄ọ̸̀y̴̮̏f̶̢̐r̸̰̅i̴̢̾ě̷͙n̴͖͗d̵̗͝ #1 fan, is the host of the event. (He swears he did not rig the voting and Percy won his place fare and square.)

As you saw in the previous story with Percy, he is usually extremely shy and nervous, but during this time he gets so full of energy and confidence.

The champions have been summoned from many different places, however they were not really informed about this in advance, so it came as a shock to must of them.
