Sure most of his clothes don't fit anymore but why hide all that meat, right? Plus its not like he is leaving his lab that much recently, he is after all too busy and can just order things online.
Maybe his bots will be able to take care of cooking, and making sure he has enough energy to keep those nanobots working optimally.
Also he should definitely share his nanobots with everyone, surely they can only benefit the world.
