I'm very pleased to share with you the first half of chapter 3 of RTS. You may ask, why only the first half? The reality is that RTS chapters are huge, and by publishing the first half, we can bring you the updates more frequently.
If you have already installed the previous version of RTS, you have the option to download only the update, that way you don't have to download the whole game (Only for PC and Mac)
