Had a bit of a time with this one; got some kind of 2 hour ten minute extended version and I couldn't figure out at first why I was constantly going out of sync! 🤣 I actually just happened to do a Penny Marshall/Tom Hanks double feature with (an edited down) "A League Of Her Own" reaction and then this one for "Big", and it's made me feel very warm towards Penny Marshall! Making connections to other movies you just watched: Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams from "American Graffiti" starred in the hit TV series "Laverne & Shirley" in the 70s; this was Penny's second film as a director and is the first film directed by a woman to gross more than $100 million! Anyways, I can't remember if you've seen that "A League Of Her Own" - which came out the same time as "Batman Returns" and displaced it from the top slot - but if you haven't, that's definitely one for your list! (And also, as previously mentioned, if you liked this, you might like "Splash".) Your reaction to the piano scene was priceless, I got unexpectedly choked up right along with you! I don't know if people still play piano, but back in the day lots of households had pianos and those were the two pieces everybody could play: "Heart And Soul" and "Chopsticks". They are most definitely actually doing that for real!
