A piece of advice that has helped me recently is "rather regret that you tried than regret that you didn't try". Putting this advice in the back of my head every time I make a decision has changed the way I make my choices in life. And thanks to that I challenge myself more and grow as a person. Recently I moved from my home country in Europe to Japan alone. It was a big decision for me but I'm so happy I did it. Sometimes it's hard to get out of our comfort zones and take on new challenges but you will always learn something from it๐๐ฏ๐ต
