Hello !
You know that I didn't like and I didn't approve of the first test of this exam which was about eliminating other students, who have the same dreams as our guys of becoming a hero. So for sure, I preferred this second test which is about rescuing people, something that is truly the first priority when you're a hero (and the teachers are repeating that since the beginning). To bring some villains into it makes sense also : rescue and protect, that's your job, guys.
Ochaco, my girl, finally admitting to herself that she has feelings for Dekku, I loved it. But the fact that, one second after it, she's putting these feelings away… for sure, it made me sad ! But I totally understand and support her ! She wants to stay focused on this exam, on her studies, because she wants to stay focused on her career, on getting the job of her dreams. For sure I'm gonna support her with that !

I feel like the first test was not really about being better than others, but more about making sure that the ones that pass are going to be strong. Because of the increase of villain activity, I assume fighting was made more important. And while it's sad that the ones who were eliminated also had dreams of being heroes, the fact that they were eliminated could mean that if they fought with a villain, they would probably lose which can result in their death and the deaths of the people they were supposed to protect. It's harsh, for sure, but I think this was the safer route for those that are not yet ready to fight.
