Hello !

This episode might be named for Daemon but at the end, we didn't see much of him. Two scenes to say that he provoked his brother (again) and he prefers to escape when it comes to face that Rhaenyra is the official heir (again). No, this episode was in fact about Rhaenyra and the King. Him being forced to remarry, discussing all possibilities about doing it or not, to finally do it but with not the lady they all thought. It's not a surprise for the viewers, but it is for all of them, and a real betrayal for Rhaenyra.

And her, during the entire episode, she's just trying to prove she deserves to be the heir. By intervening during the Council, by taking the right decision choosing the knight to protect her dad, by facing Rhaenys and trying to hide her anger, by disobeying and saving the day in front of Daemon… But nothing counts. In the end, she's a girl, and that's enough for them to not consider her. And she knows it. The actress playing this role is really good because on several occasions, I felt that, fighting that obvious fact, she was sad, mad or just resigned.
