I’ve always loved the idea of an oblivious ticklelee. Not stupid, or flakey. Just somehow oblivious to the fact that EVERYONE WANTS TO TICKLE THEIR PERFECT BODY FOR HOURS AND HOURS! These sort of pages were my early attempts at creating that dynamic.
These moments eventually evolved into characters like Pepper Parker. It’s wild where ideas originate and where they can lead, no?

This was perhaps the point in the original release of TiS that I went from enjoying it to pure obsession. It was the waiting to just see how bad it would get. The moment Silki's nipples are exposed, her helplessness, her ditzy response, and how thoroughly she is taken advantage of is incredible. This and the following page are amongst my most revisited. There's just something so primal about it.
