JOEY LYNX 10: CASE OF THE HYSTERICAL HEIFER! (P1 Pencils Teaser!)

We thought we would try something slightly different with the release of this comic. I’ve had a few of you ask for some more transparency into my creative process for the Joey Lynx universe.

So, with this release we will be posting three teasers in advance of every page:

1.) A pencil teaser to give you some insights into how I sketch and write these comics.

2.) An inks teaser to let you all see the changes and transformation from sketch to final line work.

3.) The colors teaser to show you how we polish the final visual product and create the ultimate art for the comic.

Joey Lynx Issue #10 is special. I have been building to this comic for years. This is where Joey and Mouse start to truly square off with their ultimate nemesis. It’s also where I really bring the Betty Bee universe in lock-step with the Joey Lynx universe.

So, in the pencils here I wanted to create a single panel showing Tusk manipulating two well-known TICKLE GANGSTERS - Boss Fontucci and Don the Dentist - into turning their competition into an all out TICKLE WAR.
