Back before the Bounce Chix had originally hit the scene I was designing some characters and fell in love with this sketch of a very sexy, fit, freckled blonde and her sinfully sensitive reactions. Before you know it…Andi was born (and so was the foundation of the HANDS OF THE ARTIST piece).
