2020-01-21 01:45:22 +0000 UTCBeen a minute since I’ve done one of these, had a very eventful and draining year where I haven’t necessarily felt like myself. But one of the things that always helps to bring me back to feeling ‘normal’ is some kick ass tickling art, whether it be comics, solo illustrations, series, or pin-ups. There’s been a plethora released since I went quiet, but I figure, hey, if something strikes the fancy, why not review it. Which leads us to Inescapable 6, with illustration and colors by Josh Flynn, and scenario text by the incomparable Bandito. I’m not going to lie, I’m a massive fan of Bandito’s work, and enjoy his influence on publications and art; he usually brings a level of sheer fun and raw sexiness that permeates every layer of anything he works on. Not only that, but he can help create scenarios that are really explosive that carry through the giddy eroticism that is so central to this fetish, encapsulating it perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about what he does. Josh Flynn, on the other hand, is someone I find always brings it pretty damn hard with whatever it is he is illustrating and working on with MTJ, and he’s someone who I have seen adapt and grow through the years, his style becoming even better, his focus creating these obscenely deliciously hot fully figured women that are literally begging to be tickled and titillated to hysterical oblivion. He’s incredible, and his style is wholly unique within the community, as he provides this professional cheesecake concept that is incredibly delicious for the eyes. This combination, Bandito and Josh Flynn, are a great peanut butter and jelly; they work extraordinarily well together, and you can see they have very similar visions stylistically for the art they create. Any time they work together, I feel compelled to buy. The Inescapable series itself, I feel, is a must buy as well, much of that having to do with what I just stated, but also because I adore the twisted scenarios that come up within these pin-up collections, the little stories that come about and become more fully bodied in my mind, the desire to see continuation and seeing similar faces recur in an unexpected way, as well as heavy doses of fresh new hotties trapped and tickled out of their minds, whether it’s for doing their jobs, or having far too little protection from their scant clothing, it all hits a nice spot for me. It also is unique in that it gives you all these fun, fresh scenarios to nibble on, to savor, to ruminate upon. One of the things I used to enjoy years and years ago with illustrated pieces was the sheer amount of care that went into their work, alongside the world building of the ‘flavor text’ which allows the mind to just go absolutely wild and can stoke the most delicious, fiendish, and longing senses within the tickling fetish, whether it be the desire to ensnare someone within the confines, or to place one’s self within the inescapable binds and have their most wicked fantasies visited upon them with ruthless efficiency. Inescapable, as a series, harkens back to the tell tale heart of MTJ, the old Tales from the Asylum, itself filled with scenarios and independent art and the like, however, Inescapable is more centered and focused on a recurrent theme, and rather than being an amalgam that might not always fit one to one, is literally in lock step sequence from illustrations to textual world building. Again, this might seem like a lot to say in regards to some of this, but I want to stress how vital and amazing I think this is, because it creates these loving sparks that can be catalysts for creative ventures and thoughts and feelings, and I don’t know about anyone else, but for me, that is the stuff that pumps through my heart and keeps me feeling sane in the banal doldrums of life. Inescapable 6’s texts are different than other editions as they are primarily first-person narrations from the perspective of the lees. I found myself digging these the more I read, as they were fun, some were extremely evocative, and some just caught me really heavy and hard from the sexual eroticism level that just screams in agony for more! Page 9, the office worker and the meanie burglar gals, that one hit me right, well...you know. The scenario is so damn tasty. If you’re on the TMF or on DA or whatever, this is one of the pages that is used as an example. Like, damn, it’s so hot! She’s willingly giving up combinations, she isn’t invested in her office space to the point of needing interrogation to give up her secrets, but her captors just don’t care, and are more interested in casing the place and then casing and breaking her down, tickling her to bits and pieces for their own kicks. How does that not get you all hot and bothered? That’s like jet fuel for the libido! The desperation. The sheer delightful savage cruelty to tickle torture someone just because you want to, and you don’t care because all you want is to savor their hysterical suffering. I love the way Josh illustrated the victim’s face here, I love the way her dress shirt and the like is peeled just enough, exposing her nipples for continued ticklish torture. I’d love to see more of this scenario. I’d love to see her further stripped and just how devious those burglars become as the night progresses. Page 5, another delightful scenario, mean girls with a gal trapped between them, a fearsome foursome with access to each of her sensitive little areas and taking full advantage. Love everything here, Josh Flynn’s cheesecake illustrative style is wonderful, the wide eyed desperation the victim is suffering, the fact that these gals torturing her all have such stiff nipples that it is clear for the eye to see, and the implications, that this is going to be going on, from coast to coast, it just lends me some real classical story vibes, stuff like the On The Road series, just something so simple yet so effective. Page 7? Yes please! Ramifications for losing a game of strip tickle torture, perhaps the lee should have done better with the game, rather than finding herself bound helplessly to the bed, her wicked friends taking such cruel advantage of her naked curves. The only modesty she’s afforded is the blindfold over her eyes, all as her friend’s fingers tickle across her body from tits to toes, a feather propped between her legs, and me, really wanting one of them to grab it and make this poor loser make a white hot mess all over the bed sheets, like, I want to taste those guffaws and moans of laughter, to feel her sticky surrender, and to hear the lilt and the intensity as her newfound sensitivity is exploited to the absolute fullest until the night is over. Which plays into Page 13, and goddamn, this MILFY redhead getting devoured by her neighbors, all because she had the audacity to report them for their music being too loud. Holy shit, she’s scorching hot, extremely busty, and utterly exposed, and she’s there, helpless, her lush breasts being focused on, her soles, and, well, again, I want to see them make her mess that pillow between her legs, as the text suggests is sure to come (heh), and my word, Josh is incredible here, fully throated approval from my end with just how damn spectacular I find this page. I even dug the final page, the captured mascot scene, which at first I felt was a little off, but the more I thought about it, the more it just became something absolutely silly and fun that can get the engines going. Such a classic scenario, that big mascot head filled with screaming laughs, the implications of the whole thing being taped, the fact that the mascot head makes me instantly wonder what our captive is expressing as she has no clue or idea where her captors will tickle her next, I think this page, from an illustrative stand point, is one that is a little gutsy because it’s just a little different, but I feel like Josh really pulls it off extremely well. And that’s just a few of the pages. There are different work scenarios, people being trapped, people being caught in public, Doctors and auto repair gals and scenes of desperation. I think, for a collection of pin ups and the like, this is a fun and awesome pick up, and it’s definitely provided a few fun scenarios and ladies in which I feel this insidious need to take advantage of. Awesome work done here, and something I’d consider to be real fun to read and purchase.
