Progress update
Added 2018-06-15 16:32:06 +0000 UTC
Our coder just quit the job. He's no longer working with me and it was his decision.
Reasons are many, but mostly he didn't feel comfortable, too stressed and workload were too heavy.
I'm looking for another coder to work with, I prefer someone in real life and this time I'm gonna hire him full-time to avoid the risks. The worst scenario is I will go back to RPGMaker and do it alone like before.
Let's see where is this going.
I'm sorry for anyone who is supporting me and expecting the incoming update, but right now it is delayed for an unknown period, until I have another coder.
I beg you to go back to RPGMaker! This is the best solution! It will be better for everyone!

that's why many US companies are hiring Indians and Chineses to do the codes for them, the cost is super cheap in comparison with US/EU.

We fixed all the bugs which were reported there, that's the purpose of releasing beta version.
Now it's much less buggy :D
No problem, I'm glad you gave me your thoughts, there are many ways to support, right?

Ouch! Sorry to hear - I used to be in charge of some coders (a LONG time ago) and feel your pain... they can be 'interesting' to work with!
Though honestly - it may be a blessing in disguise; I was just playing the last (? i think) release and it was really buggy (much more so than your RPGMaker build). It worked fairly well if you went with every 'adult' option presented (though still some bugs), but if you strayed from the 'corrupt her as quick as possible' path, it would lock up.
Good luck! Sorry I am not one of your patrons, but finances are tight at the moment and I am bouncing off my budget as is...

thanks, making game with GameMaker is better in a long term, it's my top choice anyway.
But if I don't have another option, I guess I will stick with RPGmaker.

I disagree with the pro rpg maker people. Games made in rpg maker are both clunky and usually encourage bad game design due to the limitations. How ever it will make you more money to work on your own which can encourage you to continue working. On the other hand I can tell you from first hand experience that working on a game alone for long periods and doing everything can be very soul draining. Of course I'm a programmer but my art sucks so I'm kind of the opposite of you. However you decide they both have negatives and positives.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with RPGMaker. The stigma associated with it is stupid. There's a very good reason that so many japanese devlopers use rpgmaker for their indie games, it's flexible and easy to use. It's good.

I recommend you go back to RPGmaker XP, there is nothing wrong with the old game engine.
