A disclaimer before you download: Unfortunately the game engine makes it very hard for custom ruffle off shoulder tops like that , there is some clipping depending how the sim poses.I really did my best to resolve this , asked for help from friends but there is nothing else that could be done .I wanted to let you know , thank you for reading!
