She doesn't need new armor that enhances her combat effectiveness, she need new armor that would enchants the boys around her! All the boys in the neighborhood are probably scared of Grace due to her menacing demeaner and tomboyish attitude, but that "armor" would be one of many steps Sasha takes in order to fix that perception of her daughter. Her dad might have taught her how to be a proper warrior like a true toad does but her mom would teach her how to be woman, haha
