Novel Number Two!
Added 2020-09-03 15:54:42 +0000 UTCThis novel, called Old Hand Steel, took 2+ years to write. Not necessarily because it was a complicated story, but because I only wrote a little bit each day. This was the warm-up story before I would write either From Ruin or The Last Prayer. I just finished the final draft and I'll be working on a moderately decent cover art.
This coincides with the next update of The Last Prayer(ch34) which should be this weekend. I just finished the 1st draft and it's nearly 15K words. After edits and revisions, it'll likely be around 15.5K. I'm planning on finishing the cover for the novel around the same time I finish TLP edits so that I can upload both contents online.
I wanted to share this novel with you guys because I'm deeply grateful for your support and I don't think you should have to pay for a copy on Amazon. I would ask, if you're able, to leave a review on the book's Amazon page because reviews would really REALLY help.
For a summary: This story is about a teenage boy doing everything possible to help his mom from the Spartan society that banished her in the first place. In this magical society, only strength and status matter, and our hero, Macyn Blende, has neither.
It's a fantasy set in modern-day and it's 280 pages, so not too large. Again after I update The Last Prayer, if those of you kind enough to read it leave a review(I have thick skin so please be candid. It's the best way to get better), I would really appreciate it!

Well I finished reading it that day. I enjoyed the read. But also realized it is the not book you have been working on recently
