Hey! Everything's working fine in my game. Make sure to delete localthumbcache file and/or GameVersion file, maybe the animations didn't load properly. You can also try ww.fix command in game. Outdated WickedWhims can also be the problem. If the car still doesn't show any Wicked options message my privately and we will work it out :)
