As expected, most villain activity only happen at night.
Daniel, in a black hoodie with combat pants that he bought in bulk for a discounted price at a Target equivalent, stood at his favorite spot in Musutafu, Japan, the rooftop of the condominium that he had no idea the name off. Need to check it later, something to note off.
“Alright, Omnitrix is fully charged, camera’s secured and good to go, stomach feels good and hopefully with food digested, don’t want to vomit mid-fight. 10 minutes of butt-kicking and video-taping, should be enough for some good content.”
Activating the Omnitrix, he still can’t stop jittering at awe as the dial of the watch rose, revealing toxic-green circuit lines that covered the black pillar. Twisting the dial, he watched as the silhouettes of the aliens in the faceplate changed at the slight twist until he finds the alien he was looking for.
“Here goes!”
Slamming the pillar down into the base, he felt his arm tingle at the injection of DNA as his body starts transforming. His fingers separate and merged together into 3 claws per arm, his elbow extending outwards, his head expands and forms a muzzle, his legs bending and shifting to hind legs similar to bipedal animals, his skin turning grey, his body growing black fur with his hair extending and converting into the same fur around his body, and black and white clothing with the Omnitrix symbol on his stomach.
Subconsciously giving out a loud howl that shook his whole body to the core, Daniel gave out a “wolfish” grin before yelling out the alien’s name as per tradition.
“BLITZWOLFER!”
He clenched his fists as he growled at the sudden spike of sound, but he persisted and focused on the control, isolating as much noise as he could for now. A few seconds go by, and the noise slowly got lower until his hearing was a bit better than normal.
He’d never really use this form a lot, so the amount of power in his body was just mindboggling. He gave out a soft growl as he looked at the moon, feeling empowered by the beautiful moon in the sky.
And then he let go of his control over the noise.
It bombarded him, but he strained his ears and grit his canine teeth as he listened. A few moments later, he heard the cries of terrified men. He growled with excitement as he howled.
“It’s Hero Time!”

It was supposed to be a simple damn mission.
Steal the goods, kill all witnesses, and get out.
The first objective went well, they were hitting a support company that sold combat support items, the boss said that the security guard rounds were weak at this moment since one of the guards got fired, leaving a hole in their patrols.
They broke into the company grounds, grabbed their combat support items, high-voltage taser guns that fire using battery cells, a whole 50 of them, that part was easy as cake with a stealth Quirk.
They were then supposed to kill all the guards as a message, the client was real determined when he requested their group, even paid an extra few million to get rid of all the 12 guards that patrolled the night, with the addition of burning the place down.
That, they did. They managed to kill the 7th and 6th top floor guards as quietly as they could, and was about to head to the 5thfloor when shit hit the fan.
“Something’s coming towards the building, fast!”
The hacker of their group yelled out as the device on his arm started beeping like crazy. And then the windows to their right bursts into shards. And that THING came in, looking unharmed even as it walked on the glass shards without any shoes.
They were wearing night-vision googles, but if they didn’t, they would see that the area around them was covered in a toxic green glow coming from the symbol on the monster’s stomach.
“FIRE!”
The boss yelled as he started firing his rifle, soon followed by the rest of them. A rain of bullets soared towards the THING, but it only riffed the monster’s fur as bullets bounced off the body.
“My turn.”
The THING said with its deep voice whilst they reloaded before the monster’s muzzle “opened” by separating into four parts like a hinge, and then their eardrums shattered from a very loud howl.
“ROOOOOUUUUUUUUUU!”
Visible waves of sonic booms crashed into them, the impact causing their team of 5 to be disorganized from the sound attack.
Dropping to the ground from the sudden eardrum explosion, they weren’t fast enough to get back up as the werewolf pounced on them, knocking them out with punches and slashes. They were wearing shock absorption armor for the love of Kami, they could tank bullets for days, yet the armor gets caved in with a single punch!
Eventually it was his turn, watching in fear as the monster opened his muzzle into the four-hinges once more, and then his vision turns black with the final feeling of intensive pain.

Closing his muzzle shut, Blitzwolfer quickly extended his hearing to make sure that these guys were alive. Happy that he managed to not lose control over his strength, he shut the camera off before starting to loot the bunch, trying to see if he could get some money.
Couldn’t find anything on their person at all, the taser guns looked good though, can’t really see a use though. With nothing in hand, he jumped out of the building using the same entrance that he created to dash into the night, barely escaping the sights of the heroes who rushed to the scene.
Good timing too, because the moment he had time to breath, the Omnitrix started blinking red, the beeping counting down before he turned back into Daniel with a red flash.
With him in human form, and the Omnitrix in recharge mode, he reached out to the camera on his chest and hooked it up with his phone to see if the video looked good. And frowned at the result.
“Too shaky, it’s hard to see anything at all.”
He would need to get some stabilizers to make the camera capture everything smoothly even with aggressive movements, didn’t know why he didn’t think of it.
“No video, no loot, I didn’t even mark my symbol on the ground for the police to report it! Aw, man, this was a bad debut for the Chimera Org.”
He lets out a sigh as he exited the alleyway he was in with his hands in his hoodie. Maybe he could get some grub before going back home with Astrodactyl, all that hero work was making him hungry, even if it was only for 10 minutes. A consultation prize for his bad debut, at the very least.

“It’s going slower than you expected.”
Azmuth states the obvious as Daniel stared at his computer screen, clicking away on his mouse to drag and drop video clips that he collected over the past week month.
Currently, the YouTube channel of Chimera Organization hit 1.7 thousand subscribers, with him posting a video every week, compiling all the hero stuff that he had been doing every night with as minimal edits as he could afford to. His Twitch channel isn’t active yet, he was waiting for more people to follow him before starting a livestream.
He wasn’t a master at editing this, but he at least knows how to cut his edits short and do rudimentary effects. Man, he really wants to go hero into Juryrigg to make some kind of A.I., but this is giving him work during the morning. It gets boring sometimes.
Maybe he should get a hobby. Like cooking. He was shit at it, so he mainly buys outside food. Could save a few bucks, and he heard that cooking increases the charisma stat by a few points.
“Yeah, thought that I was gonna get more subscribers after two months of this.”
Looking at his retention graph of his most recent video of 3.5 thousand views, he noticed that most of the viewers stopped watching when he wasn’t fighting villains, mostly due to him travelling to the location of the crime, or to help some poor dude who got drunk on the streets.
He did notice that the retention graph spiked when the professional heroes came for his ass.
“I’ll put more fighting clips and hero chase clips, and reduce the amount of travelling and helping clips… Nah, I’ll just make it into a separate video. Two videos a week then, I should be able to do that.”
Taking his eyes off the screen for a while, he massaged his eyes before asking Azmuth.
“Hey, about the Omnitrix…”
“No.”
“Come on, I didn’t even ask you the question yet!”
“I already know your question, and the answer is no.”
“Azmuth, don’t be a boring guy, just give me the Master Controls already! I hate not being able to change aliens on the go!”
“No. This is the 7th time this month, and my answer will stay until you’ve proven yourself.”
“Ugh, you are one tough V.I. to crack. I’ll get that Master Controls, one way or another!”
“Just hurry up and go to bed, it’s already 2 in the morning. I don’t want you getting grumpy because of the lack of sleep.”
