Further progression on Kate's post-routelock and more bakery CG Scenes.

Artwork:
We'll be making some new outfits for Kate and her mother. Especially since currently Kate's mom looks like she's always in work clothes at the moment.
Additionally of course the CG Scenes in the Bakery are going to get further along and we're getting close to finishing them off. I doubt we'll finish all the CG Scenes for the Bakery this update since there are some much bulkier and complex CG Scenes that still haven't been made.

Writing:
A lot of new Kate writing we didn't get as much done last update due to the moving situation, but 0.60 is going to spearhead deep into Kate's route. Often due to needing time to complete spritework and adding in the music some of the events may not make it into the 0.60 and will be coming in 0.61. We'll see what happens.

Technical:
Not much to do on the technical side of things this update. Please report any bugs that you find to us and we'll get them fixed right away. Thank you.
