With the holiday season coming swiftly towards us, 0.50 is going to take an extra month to develop and prepare since the team often will have plans with their family, friends and vacations during the holidays. So, the extra month of December will give us the time needed to get everything right for the next update.
With the previous updates we were dealing with a few issues on the writing side of things which have now been handled, as well as some improvements to our workflow. Development is in full bore for 0.50 and we have big plans for this update.
Artwork:
First, we'll be adding in the "Rival Track Team" sprites Dillon, Markus, and Connor to the Track Meet events that they are introduced in since they are going to be playing a big role in one of the branches of the Track Club route.
For CG Scenes we're going to be finishing the Cheer Beach Trip CG Scenes with two more scenes needing to be finished, and afterwards we'll be moving to finish the Matt - Damien NTR CG Scene and the fight scene between them. The Beach trip is going to take a lot of development time due to the sheer amount of variations in them, but we're going to be making the most of the time we have working on getting them done. Should we manage to finish all of those scene with enough time left there is one final CG Scene we'd like to make along side new sprites for the events, but I'll leave that for later since I'm not sure we'll be able to reach those before New Year's.
Writing:
Writing is in full production for both the Aeon route and the main game with a new event for Aeon already finished, and new "Side Character Events" being worked on for the main game where you'll run into one of the club members outside of their respective clubs. Additionally, we're going to have a new cafe event where you go and eat at the cafe after work where we'll see more of the other maids that work there.
We're also going to see if we can finish the next Alice and Samantha side of the friend group content, but we'll have to see if we can make that for this next update.
Technical:
Lastly, we'll be doing a thorough playthrough of the game and sorting out a few smaller things and see where some areas can be improved.
As usual with our New Years Updates this is looking to be a pretty big one bringing in much more content than you'd might expect.
