Things are looking good!
Added 2018-08-14 06:39:36 +0000 UTCI was originally going to add this to the Developer Update post, but this had a few things concerning the Patreon in it so I figured I'd let everyone see it.
First off! What's the thing with Patreon?
Well, aside from their Adult Games crack down and us staying cleverly within the guidelines. Dream Sequences!
Particularly lewd dream sequences! This was an idea from our writer Bain Drenal, and I think you'll quite like it.
Just like the other random events around town we'll be adding a event dispatcher during the sleep phase, but we aren't going to be putting our own events into it. We'll be letting you have your own ideas be placed into those scenes.
Once the system is in place, and we are in a good spot to do so, I'll be adding a "Have your own Dream Sequence" to the highest tier. Now it may be a while before it's ready as we'll probably have to work out some things with it, but it's an idea that's coming.
On another note, we've made some progress towards the next beta coming out at the end of the month, and we are hoping to introduce a new sprite to you all. It will be Kate, the girl that works at the cafe.
So if you're a patron that can see Content Updates you'll be able to see her early sprite.
We still have a bit of work to do before the beta is ready to go, since we are trying to get a little more quality writing in before the next launch, and right now it's looking to be mostly new school event stuff.
