301-303 Kakrut's Haunted Park

Denizens of the Tower!

Here is the combination of three map-worth of creativity. This is a combined project that encompasses the previous two releases and a new one (visible in the image above.

As explained before, this short adventure is about an evil rakshasa who impersonates a salesman. He sells varied trinkets to townsfolk. The trinkets cause them to go out at night and approach the location of a portal. In there, people are his victims and their bodies and souls slowly wear away in the "amusement park". Adventurers must enter the place and find a way to disable the generators of the pocket universe, and then face Kakrut.

The PDF document is below. A printer friendly version is there too. I've included the three maps packed below for easy use. Roll20 versions are available too.

I appreciate any comments you have about this long-ish adventure material and also multimap projects in general. This was really fun to make and the increased word count lets us do lots of things we usually don't do in normal circumstances.

BUT WAIT!

The illustrations in this project are also featured in a full-blown adventure, Happy Jack's Funhouse, on sale at the DM's Guild by authors Jeff Stevens and Remley Farr. The adventure is fabulous and has nothing to do with what we've created here. And it is clown/circus themed. If you wish to get it, you can use this link to get a 2 dollar discount if you get it this week.

So, the tunnels are rotating cilinders. There is a 3-feet-hole in the middle section on the floor of the cilinder. That means that the hole rotates with the cilinder. A person who loses his footing while on the cilinder may fall through the hole and be thrown to either the north or south. A dexterous person may choose to jump voluntarily through the holes with an acrobatics check too.
