Discord Issues Resolved

That issue has been resolved now, was just a role that had permissions set wrong, so if you try to join now should be all good!

If you're still having issues, try this.
Disconnect your Discord account from Patreon
Wait a few minutes
Connect your Discord account
Visit Settings -> Connected Apps -> Discord
Use the Join Discord option

Looks like this might work - I removed patreon from discord before removing discord from patreon and it worked, might be worth a try.
