Sic Semper Systema: "Thus always to the system"-- a play on the phrase "sic semper tyrannis" (thus always to tyrants), a phrase connected to the assassination of Julius Caesar and what John Wilkes Booth said when he assassinated President Lincoln. The idea being that tyrants must always be destroyed (though obviously this was twisted by Booth in killing Lincoln). Frank clearly feels the same way about the justice system while Matt still believes in it. That scene between the two of them was amazing. Great reaction, and it was nice having you join, Alex. Haven't seen you since "Trial and Error" (did a nice job in that, too).
