There is one comic storyline where he basically makes himself the emperor of the entire multiverse, and literally reduces Thanos to nothing but his skeleton with just a wave of his hand.

2024-01-19 07:10:56 +0000 UTCAfter Endgame, they should have introduced the Fantastic Four. Then the next big bad guy should have been Galactus. But while they were facing Galactus, they should have been building Doctor Doom. Doom is one of the most formidable villains in the entire Marvel universe. So with phase 5, or whatever phase came after Endgame, it should have been introducing the X Men, Fantastic Four, Galactus, and finally Doctor Doom. Alas, they haven't done any of that. They've just been flailing around, releasing their garbage Disney+ shows, with no structure or plan for the future.

2024-01-18 21:14:44 +0000 UTCThought I'd add that Victor Doom is supposed to be the next big bad that the Avengers have to contend with. He'll be a Kang level threat since Johnathan Majors was fired, which works because much of the Multiverse mayhem involve him, so it's nice to see this Villian again now that he's going to be a major threat in the future.

2024-01-18 20:57:05 +0000 UTCI hope they play on this in the future, because apparently marvel plans on making even this one canon to the story through some weird multiverse chaos, just like they are with the xmen. So you never know, we may be seeing these characters again, possibly in Deadpool 3. I've heard many rumors coming down the grape vine that deadpool is going to be a miniature multiverse avengers movie, and it's suppose to feature old fox marvel characters before deadpool destroys that universe by some happens chance. it'd be funny to see how they plan on chris evans playing two different marvels character. On a side note, all of the OG avengers have signed up to take up their roles again for avengers 6, meaning characters like Scarlett Johanssons' Black Widow, Chris Evans' Captain America, and last but not least, Robert Downey as Iron man. Hopefully those movies restore what Marvel lost in the later years.
