Marvel was attempting to follow the comic book storyline which is really a good read. I find it interesting that Disney/Pixar’s The Incredibles used a similar plot 10+ years before

Cap in my opinion contradicts himself. He says he can’t sign because he can’t trust people to make the right decision. Understandable after what he’s gone through. But the letter at the end he says, I put my faith in people. I know he meant his team but you also need faith in the regular people I think. Build that confidence and trust back from the people that you are saving. Lastly, just saying I’ve lost my temper with people even friends for way less than seeing my parents get brutally murdered. I feel a strong, aggressive reaction is understandable and you could maybe even say he had temporary insanity for any loss of reasoning, like the fact that Bucky was brainwashed as y’all said. Ok I’m done haha. Thanks for sharing great reaction ladies!

Doesnt matter if it was Buckys choice or not. He killed his parents. All bets are off after that. About the accords, people go too much to Caps side. Yes he has a point, but people can't just do whatever they want. Not how the world works.
