We've made it through 2022, mostly! It's not an easy feat, so we declare that everyone deserves a little hug. Looking back, these little ones realise that not all their growth is visible to the eyes. So this month's letter is both a reflection and a reminder that some of us blossom like a cherry tree and others like a carrot.
