Helpful By Nature
Added 2023-09-23 10:02:49 +0000 UTCI must be feeling a little extra emotional tonight or something, because this silly little mini comic made me tear up. LOL xD I don't even know why!?!?! Little Judas is too cute, I can't handle it apparently!
The idea for this mini comic came from me thinking about Bee-- the Lavelle family friend from "The Thick Cucumber" diner (that Judas took Fletch to in Atlanta after they first met). She was originally meant to have a larger role in TLLT, but then sort of took a backseat to Jaxsen/Deja and their role in the story. I don't think this is a bad thing, but I figured why not give you guys a little something with her anyway. :)
Deja and Bee are best friends, and so naturally, Bee is Judas' unofficial Auntie. Her full name is Beatrice, which is also happens to be Bebe's full name! (Not sure if I've mentioned that connection before). I like to think that Judas is secretly her favorite of the three siblings, and they've always had a close relationship. So much so, he probably feels Bee helped raise him.
Judas has always been helpful by nature. He's always been highly emotionally intelligent, and advanced for his age (as a kid) too. Sucks at drawing tho. LOL

But what's ironic is that her name didn't start with "Bee" or "Beatrice", it just somehow worked out that way??? "Bebe" came from me calling her "Baby Lavelle" before I could decide on a name. "Baby Lavelle" turned into "BB Lavelle" and then just "Bebe"
