Back with another re-touch, this one being heavily slanted towards art and card not actual item function.
I love this one, and was very happy to revisit and examine it again. I thought of a rebalance and weighed the possibilities, in the end I left it untouched. While it is powerful and incredibly strong in the right hands, attaching the heftier die to spells means there is a limit opposed to say the flame tongue.
So I hope you enjoy, and stay frosty.

- Updates!: Almost entirely art related, but some small wording and clarification changes.
- Art: Updated lineart, coloring, texturing, and swapped glow effect for a snow flurry.
