Development Blog - December 6th, 2021

Long-time Patreon supporters already know that December is an absolute hellscape for me scheduling-wise since I'll be working a bunch of 12 hour shifts throughout the holidays that leave me a shell of my former self. That's why this year I'll be taking a break for VN development for the entirety of December to sort myself out and prepare to continue development in January. As such, Patreon monetization has been turned off for the entirety of December. Thank you guys so much for the love and support all these years! ;w;/
As for future plans, I will now be switching development focus from Temptation's Ballad back to Repeat. My goal is to finish the entirety of Sissel's route before hopping back into TB. And then I'll be ping-ponging back and forth between the two VNs from there ;w;/
My first goal for Repeat's development is to publish one or two maintenance updates to polish up the game a bit. I was a beginner to VN writing and coding when I started Repeat as a wee young'un. A lot of my older artworks haven't aged well, and there's a lot of anatomy mistakes in the character sprites that I want to fix up. In a few of the early lewd scenes, I even drew the guys' dicks upside-down because I sucked as an artist back in the day and it kinda makes me die on the inside looking back aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Anyway, these are my plans for the upcoming few months. Let me know if you guys have any questions or concerns. Thank you all again for your support and I look forward to continuing drawing and writing for everyone here! <3

Wait? You won't be finishing off chapter 3 of TB first? I'm just surprised because it felt like we were near the end of it (and that cliffhanger at the end of the last update is too cruel for words). I get wanting to flip back to Repeat and update its older stuff, but it feels weird to leave TB right before Chapter 3 finishes. Granted I'm new here so I don't know if you've ever actually had an update end with the end of a chapter, so this could just be standard protocol, and of course I could very well be wrong and we're actually still smack dab in the middle of Chapter 3. I'm just a little confused is all. But other than that, yeah you taking time off during December is a good idea. Looking after your health should ALWAYS be a top priority.
