Once a prosperous gold mine that filled the local lord's coffers, it's been seized by men who have abandoned law and order, seeking only their next meal and to fatten their purses by intercepting levies, merchants, and travelers too poorly equipped to fend them off.
Those who resisted now decorate the walls and courtyard, a lesson for any would-be adventurers foolish enough to accept the bounty and try to recover what loot hasn't already been spent or sent away, or rescue a kidnapped noble or unlucky peasant doomed to a horrible fate.
Hello all. It's been a strange and exceptionally busy month for me, but I hope you've all been well and find some use for this map. The idea was to provide a slightly more challenging and fortified camp for an adventuring party to crack than the typical run-down camp in the woods.
