August Poll Results (+ Announcements)

The results are in! This month the winner is Scene 8, it's lead only growing stronger with the senior votes added in. That means there's a whole little revenge arc planned against Alice's cronies over the course of the week between this and the scene from  June! The runner up this month is Scene 5! So when we reach the weekend, you can look forward to meeting someone a bit too excited about your status as an MVA student.

As for the announcements the title promised, there are two! First, this month we will be reverting to only the winning scene in the poll being implemented. This is not a permanent change back. Update 0.2 will be finished soon, and between taking a week or so break to recharge after and time spent outlining the next day, not a whole lot of actual writing is likely to take place this month. There's also the possibility of a recode that I mentioned on the Eka's thread, but I'll give more details on that after the update is out. Basically, I just want to avoid amassing a huge stockpile of scenes. Once writing on Day 3 is in full swing, we'll return to two scenes from the poll. 

The other important point I want to bring up has to do with the credits. Those of you playing the dev builds have probably noticed there are a lot of "(Awaiting Confirmation)"'s in the list of patrons. These are all placeholders for people that have yet to respond with what they'd like to be credited as, and will be removed for the public update. If your name isn't on the list and you want it to be, you need to message me ASAP! Being left off the list is totally fine as well, of course, but please let me know your preference!

You probably could have guessed, but don't expect a dev build this week, because the full release will be coming out either Friday or a couple days before. I guess that's three announcements! Please let me know if you have any concerns about any of this news.

PS: If you suggested one of the other scenes, feel free to keep it as your suggestion for this month! In fact, I'll be assuming that's what you want to do until you give me a different suggestion. Reminder messages will be going out to those eligible shortly!
