7月の御礼と今後の予定

先月はご支援ありがとうございました。

先月はネームが描けなくて結果時間もモチベも全然イケてなくて、なんとか4回イラスト更新するので精一杯でした、申し訳ありません。

今月は頑張る…と言いたいところなのですが、そこは尻拭いというか、尻に火がついたままと言いますか、今月は先月遅れた分の仕事を取り戻さなきゃいけないのでまだしばらくFANBOXの更新作業が遅れがちになりそうです。できる範囲で頑張ります。

さて。先日ついに今年の冬のコミケ開催が発表されましたね。

オリンピックの最中ってのがなんとも因縁深い…

僕は正直、政府はオリンピックを強行して、結果良かれ悪かれ一般の大規模イベントがそこそこ開催しやすくなり、それに伴いコミケは開催されるに違いない…

というある種の楽観論を抱いていたのです。

が、結局オリンピックは開催するが無観客というどっちとも言えない感じになり、オリンピック中に非常事態宣言は出るわ感染者数も増えて収集はつかなくなるわ…なんだか風向きの悪い感じになってしまったなと。

その中でのコミケ開催の一報。

この乗り切れない微妙な気持ち。まさに暗中模索というか。

「開催予定だけど中止するかもしれないよ」

というスタンスは創作の敵ですよほんと。

まぁ…それでも今年の冬コミは流石にあると思ってます。

入場者数を絞るなりなんなりする事になるでしょうがコミケ自体はあるかと。

なので今年の冬は同人誌出すよw

もし入場が一万人前後に制限された場合、単純に考えてブースに来てくれる人は1/20以下になるわけで…おぉ、かなり辛そうな未来。

でもこの際数字は無視だ。

俺は美波本をな…。

今年も出さないわけにはいかんのじゃ…。

Thank you very much for your support last month.

I had a hard time working on my name last month, and I didn't have much time or mental space.

As a result, it was all I could do to update the illustrations four times, and I apologize for that.

I'd like to say that I'll do my best this month, but I'm busy with work this month because I have to make up for the work I was behind on last month. I'll do my best as much as I can.

On a different note.

The other day, it was finally announced that Comic Market will be held this winter.

It was announced in the middle of the Olympics.

What a deep connection.

I had thought that the Olympics would be forced to go ahead.

I thought that the government would go ahead with the Olympics, which, for better or worse, would make it easier for the general public to hold large-scale events, and as a result, Comiket would be held.

In the end, however, the Olympics turned out to be a half-hearted affair, held without spectators.

During the Olympics, a state of emergency was declared, and the number of infected people increased to the point where it became impossible to collect them.

I thought the atmosphere had become very unsettled.

The announcement of the Comiket was made in the midst of this situation.

I can't honestly rejoice.

It was as if we were groping in the dark.

We are planning to hold the event, but we can't exclude the possibility that it will be cancelled.

This is a serious problem.

It takes a certain amount of time to create a work.

The word "may be canceled" is a serious hindrance to the motivation of artists.

However, I still believe that Winter Comi will be held this year.

I believe that the number of visitors will be greatly restricted, though.

So!

I'll be producing doujinshi this winter!

If the number of visitors is limited to about 10,000, simply speaking, the number of people who will come to my place will also be less than 1/20... This is not a very happy prediction.

But let's ignore such numbers for now.

I want to produce the Minami book.

No release last year, and no release this year?

I have to avoid that!
