Progression report - May 2025

Hello everyone, this is Warumiyo!

First of all, we’re very sorry that we couldn’t make as much progress in May as we had hoped.

Since it’s just the two of us working full-time together, once one of us catches a cold, well… it inevitably spreads to both. On top of that, personal matters and tasks outside of actual game development also slowed us down more than expected this month.

That said, we do have some good news — the illustration work for the game is nearly complete, and we’ve started the animation and programming phase!

As this is our first full-scale Unity project, we're designing the game in a way that will allow us to integrate additional character DLCs in the future. Building this kind of expandable system has been a challenge and is taking more time than our previous projects, but we're learning and moving forward steadily.

The overall game design — including core settings, systems, and balance — has reached its first complete version. Once we finish a playable beta, we’ll go through extensive QA and fine-tune the balance and other areas as needed.

Skill Tree System

Let us briefly introduce the new Skill Tree System, which will debut in this game.

Players will give Arin two types of massages: a normal massage and an erotic massage.

• The normal massage focuses on relieving her fatigue like a proper massage therapist would.

• The erotic massage, on the other hand, is driven by the player’s desires and is designed to arouse Arin sexually.

Performing normal massages will earn you EXP for your Massage Therapist Level, and leveling up will grant you SP (Skill Points). You can spend these SP to unlock passive skills, active skills, or discover new information about Arin.

As we mentioned before, Arin’s personality can shift toward M (masochistic) or S (sadistic) depending on your interactions. For example, when you cross certain lines during a massage, Arin might slap you — or you might scold her and push further. These choices will shape her sexual tendencies over time.

Unlike our previous titles, we’re making sure you won’t hit game overs too easily, so you’ll have much more freedom in how you choose to play. As Arin’s S or M alignment strengthens, new positions and erotic interactions will become available. You can unlock these by investing SP into the corresponding S or M Skill Trees.

Since Arin is also an idol, there will be small story events depending on her tendencies. These will be more erotically charged compared to our past titles.
For example:

• If Arin leans toward M, she might perform on stage without underwear.

• Or perform while wearing a remote-controlled vibrator — with a broadcasted mishap mid-show.
  (And yes — that kind of classic idol-sex scene you expect from an eroge will be there too. We’re planning to work on that this month!)

If you fully develop one tendency (100%) and invest in M-Sex or S-Sex interactions, you’ll unlock a dedicated sex mode for that alignment once a massage ends.
There are no time limits for any massage or erotic scene, so if your stats are high enough, you’ll essentially be able to play as if you're in Free Mode — even without selecting it.

Animation

We’ve also completed several facial expression animations that match Arin’s personality and character traits. We’ll be sharing some of those soon!

That wraps up our slightly delayed progress report for May.

• At this point, we estimate about one month left for full game development, and release within two months.

• We’re planning to release a free demo before launch, so please look forward to that!

• Once the core system is in place, adding new characters will be much faster, and we’re aiming to release their content as DLC in the month following release — or shortly after.
