I've come to like the look of Switch's hair and clothes trailing her as though she's moving under water. I like the idea of her looking like she's always in motion and I think the effect works for that.
A couple of people I've shown this page to were left a bit confused by the last panel. So I'm aware that the context I'm going for isn't as clear as it could be. It can be a tricky area for a writer, (well, for me anyway,) to present something that's just ambiguous enough to leave your readers to have fun coming up with their own conclusions, and not go too far and just come across as confusing. But the only way to learn is to keep at it and see what my readers think, so as always I'm open to your feedback.
