A young woman affiliated with the Thors Strategic Research Lab and, in an associate capacity, the Epstein Foundation's Erebonian branch. In battle, she wields her partner and combat shell Claiomh Solais, now capable of transforming into a next-generation armament called a 'shield caliber.' Having grown up well-adjusted despite the unusual circumstances of her birth.

After graduating, in addition to becoming a staff member at Thors, Altina joined the Erebonian branch of the Epstein Foundation. Despite being a homunculus, she is now physically growing as a normal human would. Using the foundation's technology, Claiomh Solais is able to transform into an edged shield, or a "shield caliber", which she wields as a weapon directly.

Altina has recently made her way to Calvard with her former instructor-turned-colleague, Rean Schwarzer. In addition, she has been assigned by the foundation to coordinate and manage a particular matter alongside with her current colleague Rean, she travels to Calvard, acting as a liaison for the Foundation.

Compared to her "sister" Millium, Altina is the polar opposite of her; she is far more mature, but initially emotionless. She takes her tasks seriously coupled with her personality, and usually comes off as robotic. She usually shows disdain whenever she is around Millium due to her overly affectionate personality, but is still on good terms on her, even having a desire to surpass her. During her time with Rean and her classmates, Altina begins to slowly show and process a wide array of emotions.

She is fond of sweets, seeing it as a way to "recharge" herself.
