We're on vacation and your mind won't shut off. Your thoughts are spinning and you feel like you're letting everyone in your life down. As your girlfriend, it's hard to see you suffering like this, to see you being so down on yourself. So I'm going to do whatever I can to help you. You need to know how amazing you are, and if we can figure out little ways to make your thoughts stop spinning, I'll do everything I can to make that happen.
