So basically, you posted the schedule for December with upcoming photo sets and video backstage material, but did not mention anywhere that videos will no longer be included in the premium tier, as you recently introduced a new, even higher tier, that now exclusively includes videos. By doing that you diminished the value of the premium tier - it used to be the complete package, now it only contains photo sets. It would not be a big deal if the extra content for the new tier was something like Q&A, training videos or earlier access to some posts, but instead you took something that was a part of the premium tier and made it exclusive to the new, more expensive and highly limited tier. This is not cool. I really like your content, but I don't like the way you handled this, so I think that's it for me. Bye.
