Pandesmos Outlook – The Betrayer Revealed (Vecna Chapter 9)

The Pandesmos Outlook is here, tied to Vecna: Eve of Ruin Chapter 9. This map lies within the plane of Pandemonium, where, in the northern section, five geysers periodically erupt with boiling water infused with the plane’s raw chaos. While designed with Vecna’s adventure in mind, it can easily be used in any other setting that needs a strange and hostile location.
