Vecna Eve of Ruin: Hurricane Tower (D&D Fan Content)
Perched on the edge of a cliff in Pandemonium, the Hurricane Tower is an unsteady stone structure barely held together. Thick spider webs woven around its base keep the crumbling tower anchored—at least for now.
Although this location appears in Chapter 10 of Vecna: Eve of Ruin, these maps can easily fit into any custom setting as well. I’ve created four different versions to show the tower’s various chambers—and ultimately, its dramatic collapse:
