The Raider Camp – Ravine map is set in rugged terrain, featuring natural elevations, cliffs, and ample cover — ideal for ambushes or wilderness encounters. Wyvern Tor from the Lost Mine of Phandelver campaign was my inspiration.

Moving clouds were added to make the environment feel more alive and dynamic — I’d love to hear your thoughts on this addition.
Additionally, please let me know if the 60fps video format works well for you or if you encounter any playback issues. The moving clouds, in particular, benefit from the higher frame rate, but I want to ensure it’s compatible with your setups.

I used the maps last week with great success. An Ogre family with their Ogrillon son used the caves as their camp for attacking nearby trade caravans. The nest in the ravine was home to a pair of Perytons who ambushed the heroes when then had tracked the bandits to the ravine. Next time when the heroes are discussing how to retrieve all the trade goods, a familiar tribe of goblins will show up to collect the trade goods and we will see how that turns out. Thank you for the wonderful maps - I especially like these because they open up for endless combinations. Cover, elevation differences, angles, light and small details (like the nest) all supply great inspiration for different combat scenes - thank you ❤️
