A NARROWS ESCAPE: a 5e mini-dungeon for 4–5 characters levels 6–7 (Cg tier level)

It’s an almost usual practice now that we are giving you an adventure matching the map itself, too. This time it’s no exception, and in case you don’t use it for your own story, then you can spice up the game of some characters level 6-7 with this awesome little one-shot.
The characters are consulting with a scholar at the Great Librarium when an alarm is raised. Someone has broken into the restricted section and stolen The Chained Tome, a book of fiendish lore. Witnesses saw a cloaked figure fleeing the library and heading toward the Narrows, a series of subterranean canals.
The characters are asked to follow the thief, in the hopes of catching the criminal before they disappear completely.

The Bait & Tackle is comprised of three such buried buildings. This bar serves as a refuge and meeting place for the city’s criminals and lower class.

Zellorin has hidden The Chained Tome among the crates. His summoned cipactli demon hides in the darkness and attacks anyone who enters the room.

This bridge has been cleverly weakened to collapse when a creature stands in the middle. Although the fall inflicts no damage, each character that falls into the water is attacked by a swarm of quippers.

There is a near-endless amount of quippers in the murky water, so each character can attract a new swarm.

What do you think, would it be a great idea to redesign the sewer set from 2018 as seen here, or maybe to add more locations to it? All ideas regarding the matter are most welcome.

Yes I totally agree re-vamping the sewers is a great idea. I'd love to see some expansion of the hideout in the sewers or perhaps making it generic so as to be a thieves guild HQ or cult or assassin guild or something.
