Once I started I can’t just stop making wave echo cave maps. But bearing in mind those who don’t or have never played the adventure (LMOP) I always create new variations as well, and I have to say I really enjoy crafting this seemingly random set of rock formations.

I say seemingly random because I spend days making the walls look realistic, creating different levels, and perfecting the outlook of these caves that come in handy in any campaign as a lair of a foe to beat, or as a safe haven for the adventurers.

The dark pool cavern from the lost mines of Phandalver has nothing to do with these at all.

There has been made a frozen version too, and in a private message, I will send its volcanic counterpart to those supporting all creations this month.

(In case you didn’t get the lava version by tomorrow, don’t feel left out - just support every or three creations per month, and next month you’ll get the missing map.)
