Warship, beach and pure ocean scenes (CG Complete Pack)

Welcome again generous Patrons, are you ready to set sail on the Azure Sea?

There are some new supporters around here, so allow me to welcome you my Patreon page!
If you have any questions or theme suggestions, don't hesitate to contact me guys, or leave a comment below!

Hope you like the new warship and the tropical beach scene and plain ocean scenes. This new ship was positioned to the top of the map to have more open space for using props. This is a huge pack with more than 50 files, here are some examples:

You can find the one year old galleon and also the new warship as props in this pack. You, generous Chaotic Good patrons not only receive the UHD  and night version this month, but also an anchored version of the ship and the haunted version as a png prop.

Many of you have physical miniature vessels, I'm sure these plains will be great additions to the minis. (More than 7 plains are included in this pack exclusively for you.)

Most of the plain versions are available in UHD gridless, since the sizes of the HD and 4k videos are the same in this fps and bitrate setting, and any media player can play back the UHD videos on your HD display. Don't forget to check the props folder as well!

The development of the Dynamic Dungeons Editor and Player is going on, soon the props and particle effects will be adjustable and controlled from the manager window. The update is coming soon, also more particle effects for free, thank you for your patience and your generous support!

I can not for the life of me find the night time plain sea...i used to have it downloaded....where is it now?!?!

You can upload to youtube as private so that only those who have the actual private URL can see it. It cannot be searched or accessed by anyone whom you didn't give the link.

This stuff is perfect for a pirate game I want to run with some friends of mine! Only problem is, I just moved out of state, and am currently using roll20 to satisfy my gaming needs! I found an extension on roll20 that allows you to enter a media link to a video to use as an animated background (r20es). The extension works fine with public videos, like youtube, but it did not work when I tried to use a private server, Dropbox, to embed your videos. I've read that using Vimeo is a nice alternative to Youtube for videos, but I wouldn't want to do anything without the creator's permission, and if you don't want me to, any alternatives you could suggest.

Also, great work as always! Very glad to be a patron of yours!

Great to hear about the props being controlled from the manager soon! That's the one feature that's stopped the Dynamic Dungeons Player from being absolutely perfect in my eyes.

I adore the maps from this set, and just in time too as I'm doing a pirate story arch, my only question is why is there not a deep ocean at night static option? gridded or gridless?

I was already thinking on this, how do you imagine it?

Dynamic Dungeons

All of your stuff looks fantastic as always. Figured I'd throw an idea/request out there... how about a dynamic mine cart scene? :D

I adore all your work, thanks so much for it! I have a suggestion for the editor/player - could there be a way to add transitions between scenes? If the party goes through a portal, etc. Thanks again!

As always I'm loving everything you share here and I'd sooner turn off my Netflix than downgrade my Patreon pledge to you. That being said, I did notice a tiny graphical hiccup in a few of the latest maps. It seems to happen somehwhere between the 20-40 second mark and I noticed it when the shadow of the mast seemed to skip. I thought maybe it was me but I've checked and thought I should bring it to your attention. I hope it's a simple fix. ::fingers crossed::

Yes! You can already drag and drop png props and particle effects to the player window on the fly, but it will be much more cosy to do it on the dm screen.

Dynamic Dungeons

That giant squid was an experimental animation and I had no time to make it as better looping and more natural looking thing, but will do it next month.

Dynamic Dungeons

HI, you can drag it to the editor and long press with the mouse will bring up the prop menu on the right of the png. There you'll find the scale slider. You can also drag and drop it to the player window directly. In the upcoming version of the DD Player props will be adjustable from the manager.

Dynamic Dungeons

New backer here-- love the work. Question about props--- I see a previous post about the Galleon, and it showed an animated squid prop. Was this ever released? I can't seem to find it. And could anybody point me towards a good source for more props / effects? My current setup uses Tabletop Simulator --An update this year allows you to change the board background to a video file (no audio though), so it has a great synergy with all the animated figures and DynamicDungeons animated maps. Theres no dungeon manager system though so I'm delighted that's being enhanced here to allow on demand changes.

Hi, lovely maps ! about "soon the props and particle effects will be adjustable and controlled from the manager window." : does that mean that we will be able to modify the place / characteristics of the props live ? Gorgeous !

what is the music playing in the video?

Matt Holland

Looks gorgeous! All of it!

Kevan Murphy

Also, how do you work the sea props? Do you drag and drop them in on the editor? When I do, they seem super large and not proportional to the panel and what's in it. But other than that, awesome stuff as always!!

Jason K

new guys here how do you use the player prperly, i cant get past the starting panel

Davidcruger

This is amazing...

calvin Streeting

This is fantastic! And I really appreciate the plain water variants too! A lot!

Lou Anders

I am just finishing a campaign with pirates and ship to ship fights. Next month I start a campaign with a beach invasion as the opening act. These are fantastic and just what I needed. Thank you!

Absolutely! Will do it next month.

Dynamic Dungeons

These look great! Any chance of the ghost ship being not just a prop, but having its own video?

Jason Taylor

Yesssss, that is awesome thanks!!!!
