Spent the last 2 weeks watching 2 episodes a every day you released FMAB just to make sure I was caught up for this episode. Loving your reactions to everything and can't wait to see your reactions to the rest. With the massive backstory dump that takes place in this episode it real can overshadow what I feel is a great moment in the series: When Mustang just randomly gets a signal from Hawkeye and he goes with it without hesitation just shows how much trust there is between the two of them.

2025-05-13 17:06:13 +0000 UTCI don't think "The Dwarf in the Flask" used the king's body for anything. I'm wondering if I missed something that suggested that? He told Hohenheim that he used the information stored in his blood (his DNA) to create a body for himself. His voice as Father is different from Hohenheim's, but I think that's just for storytelling purposes. :P

2025-05-13 15:34:57 +0000 UTCJust my theory, Father looks older than Hohenheim maybe because he used most of his life force (the souls inside him) to create all of the homunculus. and one homunculus at least made up from hundreds of souls (as we see in Envy's true form)
