It’s not “race doesn’t matter, we are all the same,” it’s more like “everyone has value as a human being, but we come from different cultures and what we experience from our races us different perspectives that when shared with each other, make us stronger.” Racism, to her, is not just morally wrong, it’s also a sign of weakness and inefficiency.
