2025-01-11 16:01:44 +0000 UTCLeave it to Frieren to make me root for a guy who I thought was a*hole based on his design and what he said initially within the span of an episode. I also liked how he's kind of scared of Fern. This is the first time we see how she measures up to other mages, and it seems Frieren and Heiter have raised her well (that and her innate talent) It's also so sweet that he wants to make the north a safer place, so that maybe that girl who moved away, because it was too dangerous, can return. I also lowkey ship him with that Ehre girl, who wanted to introduce him to her grandpa (who she said is a first class mage, which makes me wonder if he'll show up, too) in case they fail.

2025-01-11 16:00:32 +0000 UTCSeeing Wirbel immediately recognize how powerful Fern is as a mage is pretty crazy, especially considering how he was basically playing with his food with Ubel. Recontextualizations are always fun to witness as we see that Wirbel is a big softy with a seemingly tough exterior. Seeing so many different types of magic is always fun. Land took care of business against the metal guy. Really, Ubel is the only one in her group that lost. Luckily Fern is so much of a badass that it didn't matter in the end lol I love when people know who Frieren is and the respect they show her. Having said that, it's also nice to see Denken not backing down

In RPG adventure games, alongside Power, Agility, Shield, Mana, Charm, and other attributes, Luck is also a character trait that needs to be leveled up. With a high level of Luck, monsters will rarely target you or tend to miss their attacks, and you’re more likely to find hidden treasures or valuable materials.
