Editor needed
Added 2025-08-03 13:33:39 +0000 UTCDue to various problems with my fics i am asking if anyone has a great grasp on asoiaf lore, english and has time and is willing to look through my chapters to avoid readers losing their enjoyment when i write these long chapters as there are things i miss and the quality becomes trash. (i did have a helpful user reach out on discord but his own work schedule seems long and i wouldn't want to disturb that) If not i may have to change my schedule on posting so as to maintain quality that supporters expect.
My deepest apologies once more for failing to meet expectations with the latest chapter and thank you for those who have rightfully pointed it out.

I think while searching for a steady editor, pumping the brakes to make sure you're able to proofread more for future chapters is a good compromise. There's definitely some inconsistencies that I'm willing to look past but they can start snowballing and completely take me out of a read. General examples include characters who shouldn't know specific things but are outright speaking them or thinking about details they haven't been shown to know beforehand. Little things like that can slowly become big issues if they keep happening. Regardless, I do enjoy your fics, I think you have a solid foundation and just need some extra time and care to make sure any huge gaps in logic or characterization are filled up. Though I understand that the Patreon model definitely rewards more consistent posting so it's a hard balance to find.
