We're calling puppy feet selection and human feet selection B. for the poll that I will be posting shortly. I'd say definitely canine feet (as that's what kind of feet she has) but I'm not thrilled about how they look in the sketch. We'll say option C is people feet with the current canine coloring.
I love the height difference in this image. I'm sure you all recognize the scene. Gill was taller at 6-4 or so and Gretch was shorter at 4-2 or so before they both evolved. I've been looking forward to this for a long time. I actually reserved the commission spot last Dec because that was the earliest this popular artist could get to us. She is one of the few artists that does actual NSFW art extremely well that even takes commissions. This is just the sketch. I hope you guys like it.
I plan to ask for another commission as soon as she has another opening if this one turns out well. Feel free to suggest your favorite scene. Let's try to keep the comments marginally classy lol.
2022-03-01 21:07:10 +0000 UTC View PostBook 3: Okay, the release of book two is going fairly well. I'm still having trouble with amazon kicking back the paperback and hardback formats. There is a ghost that changes the formats on certain pages. As soon as I work that out I'm going to reread the books myself to make sure that I don't lose any of my minor plot threads and details. I will start book 3 the day that I finish reading. It shouldn't take too long as I can dedicate two entire days to it once I finish up everything else.
Art: Tony is running a tad late on the GoB secret pick for Feb, but it will be out in the next couple of days. I have that big bonus art in the works and will be putting up a poll and sketch today. This poll will only run for 24 hrs as I need to get the artist an answer, but basically, it amounts to whether or not we want Gill to have canine feet or human feet in the image. There won't be a character poll for Feb as the art that I ordered costs about as much as three typical art pieces. Character art polls will resume next month. There will only be the special art and the GoB secret pick this month. (I guess technically we'll be getting three still since one is carrying over from last month)
Thank everyone who stayed while I took a week to process the release of book two and percolate ideas for the culmination of the Spine plot arc in book 3. Best damn Patreon crew there is.

I don't know what it is about this art style, but OMG do I want to see every character done by this artist now. Also Hooray, she did small breasts well!! Obviously her leather top is supposed to be more than a bikini, but I'm not going to complain. Worth the more expensive price in my opinion. What do you guys think?

This is after several revisions of me asking to reduce her bust and butt size, lol. I swear I gave him a reference pic of Jinx from League of Legends for the body type example. The search for an artist capable of drawing small breasts continues. It's going to be beautiful and the freckles and face look amazing so far.
Court has won the art poll for next month.
I've contacted a new artist to do Court next month to give another artist a shot at doing small breasts. She's a bit more expensive than some of the others, but her work is amazing from what I've seen so hopefully it's not a wasted $350.00 experiment.
I'm getting Gnutt to do Gretch in Feb, just so I'll have an alternate cover for book 3 in case I want to move the Purple cover to book 4.
We're also getting our mystery pic from Jalil the God of Battle from Toneyra Art, so a lot to look forward to on the art front next month.
March art is going to be a little different because I've commissioned a very skilled artist to do a lewd scene involving two characters to celebrate 1k per month on Patreon. We'll probably only get that picture and the GoB pic in March. I'm hoping the lewd pic is worth what I'm paying and it blows us all away lol.

Christopher has apparently been sick, so he's moved back the audio production by at least a month. I've been trying to get in touch with him on discord for definite dates, but he's not answering. I'm considering scrapping the deal and searching for another producer.
In better news, I should finally be done with 20 tonight or in the morning. It's a doozy.

I'm not worried that it's going to be a major problem or anything, just part of the process, I think. A few people have reached out, concerned. I'm doing fine. Just trying to produce the best quality book I can. Thank you all for your support and patience. It will be out by Sat night at the latest. I refuse to go an entire week without releasing a chapter lol.

The clothes look a little too modern, but other than that, I think she's beautiful.
B2 won the pose for (pre-binding) Elyria in the pose poll. I'll probably use the top two from this poll and the one that Gods of Battle ask for. If there are two different evolutions, then I'll get a different artist to do each evolution and only do one character from the poll. All three pics for Jan have been started: pre-bind Elyria, post-bind Elyria, and GoB secret pic.
I'm going to put all the characters (except Elyria and Skryvonna and Gretch) in the poll this time, I'm fine with getting multiples done of the same character, from different artists. You can vote for as many as you want, but remember, it's not a vote for who is your favorite, but who gets the next artwork.
Obviously, not everyone on the list is a potential harem member. Goes without saying for the guys, but I don't want you to think that if a female makes the list, she's automatically going to get into the harem. That's not the case.
I feel like I'm forgetting someone, so if you have any suggestions to add, post them in the comments and I'll add them.

I just wanted to thank you all for making the end of this year the most amazing of my life. Your encouragement and support has directly resulted in me achieving a lifelong dream of becoming a full time author, and I can't thank you all enough.
This week has been pretty light content-wise for which I apologies. I definitely took advantage of my newfound freedom to spend more time with my family over the holiday season. That being said, my new years resolution is to release at least three chapter a week next year. There will be a few light weeks when I have to work on the formatting and editing around release time for books, but I will try to keep three the minimum for the most part.
I am toying with the idea of creating a Patreon only story that I can sporadically release chapters for when I'm stuck on a Battlemaster's chapter. I'm thinking something super lewd with a less complex plot. I have a few ideas for this story and would like to know if you guys would be interested in a fun smut-heavy Patreon story, or if you'd all prefer I power through the sticking points and continue Battlemaster's without interruption.

The audiobook for Battlemaster's Gambit is scheduled to go into production on the 1st of Jan. I'm pretty sure I get 50 codes to give away once it goes live. Keep in mind that the free codes are geolocked so I have to have them for your country or you must use a VPN to redeem them. I'm going to start at God of Battle and work my way down, giving away codes. Everyone that has an Audible account and wants one in the top three tiers is virtually guaranteed to get one in the first batch. I will give away codes to Patrons until I have none left or until everyone who wants one, has one.
I think I get an additional 100 codes to give away after a certain number of sales, so hopefully every patron who wants one gets a free one.
