That one if i might make a personal suggestion, I think could be fun if you watched both versions and gave your thoughts on what was changed. Alternatively the bluray cut seems to be uploaded to youtube mostly unedited somewhat regularly. They might be safer, due to the nature of the release, to put unedited, but I know nothing on the creator side of this topic.

There are scenes and episodes this season which were unfinished because the animators were not given proper time and schedules to work with. The blu-ray version has the fully completed and fixed scenes which is why it gets recommended.
