There are different upper moons or special grades, but some area EXPONENTIALLY stronger than others, as we saw here: This is sukuna with just 2 fingers laughing at that baby special grade because it was "too weak" when itadori's limbs were burned off just by touching it with Curse Condoms i guess (for the lack of better analogies). Itadori learned to always fight with protection a little bit too late against baby special grade lol.
